Celebrity Clinic raises money and a few eyebrows

Paparazzi Light Bulbs were flashing to get a glimpse of the Tracey Bell spa and beauty consultants in Liverpool last month. Why? Because the some of the country’s favourite celebs had swapped the TV studio for the treatment rooms of the Tracey Bell Clinic in Hanover Street, Liverpool all in aid of charity.

Hoylake Cottage Hospital fundraising is supported by Montse Benitez, wife of Liverpool FC Manager and she enlisted the help of Tracey Bell and the team to host a celebrity spa night. The celebs got half an hour of training and they were ready and willing to beautify the guests and all the donations went to Hoylake Cottage.

GMTV’s Toonatic host Jamie Rickers was in charge of foot spa and pedicure and mini massage, according to the guests he had the hands of an angel!

Nikki Sanderson who played Coronation Street’s Candice Stowe expertly manicured and painted nails all evening.
Alex Wotherspoon from BBC One’s The Apprentice delighted a few clients with beauty facials.

Natasha Hamilton singer and coffee shop entrepreneur also came to show her support and got to grips with the Microdermabrasion machine!

Other celebs that helped out include Lisa and Mario from Big Brother and Matt Littler former Hollyoaks star. Helen Latham one of the fundraisers from Hoylake said “we are absolutely delighted by the support shown by everybody; it is absolutely brilliant for raising the awareness and also for increasing funds.”
Montse Benitez was equally appreciative of all of the help and time given by the stars and also Tracey Bell and her Team who gave up their time and donated the refreshments. “We really enjoy taking part in worthwhile events like this,” said Tracey “our next event will be for the Wish upon a Dream charity in Isle of Man, so any celebrities out there who think they are budding Beauty Therapists, should get in contact and pledge their support.”
